Smokey Baked Parmesan Corn

Equipment Required

  • Small mixing bowl

  • Measuring spoons

  • Tin foil

Ingredients

  • Corn cob 10cm long

  • 1 tablespoon softened butter

  • 1 dessertspoon dried parmesan cheese

  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Pinch salt

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

  • Spread butter mixture all over the corn cob.

  • Wrap corn cob in tin foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until corn is tender.

  • Enjoy!
